Design of ITIL Lite for ITIL Awareness

Here's how it all went down...

While creating an ITIL v3 awareness course was no small task, we took to it with purpose. Combining the expertise of trained ITIL professionals and stakeholders, we established a curriculum that speaks to beginners and those preparing for v3 Foundation.

This awareness course is targeted learning for IT departments and all those who you feel would be better served understanding the strategic application of the ITIL concepts. For those preparing to be certified, we think you'll appreciate the early exposure!


Experts – Seasoned ITIL Trainers, Consultants, and Stakeholders. Why – To provide a high-level overview to the v3 concepts and their applications. Caveat – Those responsible for the curriculum and key, awareness-level material decisions are certified ITIL classroom trainers.	Instructional Design – Designed for new and seasoned learners. Learning Objectives – To provide insight and advantage for the early adopters of v3. Caveat – We paired instructional designers with ITIL experts in person. That's right, we sat them down, locked the door and they emerged with a solution we are proud to stand behind.	Creative – Case Studies and strategic ensure it hits home. Focus – Keep it simple without sacrificing the breadth of content inherent in ITIL. Done. Caveat – Every morning we started development with a friendly reminder. "This is a global endeavour." We think we honoured that statement.
